The 300,000 sq.ft. Grade II listed site was acquired from Surrey County Council in March 2021.
PLANNING STATUS
Planning Permission is being sought for a high end mixed use residential led scheme with on site affordable housing, along with commercial / community / cultural floorspace. Detailed Planning Permission is anticipated for Q2 2023.
